As someone born and raised in Calgary, a solid 5 star butcher is hard to come by. The quality of meat is incredible, it is one of the best steaks I’ve had in my life! We certainly plan on utilizing their fair prices and quality in our food going forward

Steaks, sausages, ham...you name it. All are delicious, tender, well trimmed. Great prices for highest quality. These friendly folks know their meats. I don't want to shop anywhere else now. Highly recommend the merguez sausages. Perfect!
